All packages will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Wildflower at Heart ships first-class mail for $5 and priority mail for $13. You may select your preferred method at checkout. Once your package leaves my hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier I no longer have control over its arrival time. This is a small business and I unfortunately can not afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will be able to better assist you in the recovery or refunding you for the lost package.

Due to the handcrafted nature of my items, I do not accept returns. When ordering rings, please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size. If an item arrives damaged or a special circumstance occurs, please contact wildflowertatheartinfo@gmail.com.

All Wildflower at Heart pieces are entirely handmade from sterling silver sheet, wire and various types of high quality turquoise, minerals and other stones using traditional silversmithing methods. My products are not perfect, you may see a tool mark here and there but that is what gives each piece its own unique charm.
